Emotional Freedom Technique

The Emotional Freedom Technique (E.F.T.) or Tapping is an energetic emotional healing tool using tapping a sequence of meridian points for emotional release. A distressing memory disrupts the body’s energy system, thereby creating a negative emotion. Tapping balances energy meridians during emotionally disturbing circumstances, releasing the charge of the memory/experience. Tapping directs kinetic energy through blocked channels, clearing them and removing negative emotions.
